We are pleased to welcome Josie to the Alumasc Roofing team as part of our degree apprenticeship programme.
Over the next 4 years, Josie will be studying Chartered Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. This course will equip her with the knowledge and skills needed to support the company’s growth.
Josie’s expertise in management will be a valuable asset to Alumasc Roofing, enabling us to continue delivering high quality service while adapting to the evolving needs of the industry.
Josie is excited to begin her journey, saying:
“I was very pleased to be offered the opportunity by Alumasc Roofing to study for my Chartered Management Degree whilst gaining invaluable on the job experience. I feel the degree apprenticeship programme enables me to see the internal workings of the company first hand, whilst also learning the theory behind it.
Upon leaving college I was unsure of exactly how I wanted my career to progress, and this scheme allows me to work in and learn about all the different departments within the business and also experience the varying external departments we have.
Upon graduating, I hope to continue my career with Alumasc Roofing in a role which offers me continued development and allows me to utilise and better my skill set.”
